It is the aim of Advance Customer Service to solve all enquiries on the first contact with the customer. Customer Service is therefore staffed by experienced consultants who have broad, in-depth technical knowledge.
Customer Service can help individual users with problems by logging on to the user’s machine and guiding the user. Customer Service answers and deals with customer issues related to system and application support, authorization checks and administration, and contacts with outside suppliers of communications and software.
All customer enquiries are recorded by a customer service system, which allows us to deal with customer enquiries in a structured form and to follow-up enquiries, give feedback and reuse the experience we acquire.
